What Should We Really Do...?

Hi I was wondering on what my Friend should do.. well she has told me that she was skpyeing with a guy and well he didnt show himself but she was showing her self and she was naked... well, her father found out by having a KEY LOGGER on her LapTop and she knew about it but I guess didnt know it recored what was Veiwed on the Screen... he took it away from her for a while and told her to get rid of Skype... so she did. well the Guy who she Skype with I guess took SnapShots of Images from the Webcam and sent them to her in a e-mail and said that if she was to do a LIVE VIDEO of her self to him on his computer he will delete the Images and wont send them to no one... what should she do? I told her to talk to her Farther about this matter and see if the Cops could maybe do something... I herd that he can get into Big Trouble for HARASSMENT and BLACKMAILING images that he snap shot of her with out her knowing so... or maybe we should ignore the guy and not talk to him maybe?... im not sure.
