Transferring From Quebec to Ontario?

I have Finished my apprenticeship program in automobile mechanics in montreal and have had trouble finding how to transfer my trade to ontario. Thanks to Quebec im stuck in this province but i have been advised that you can transfer into another province be doing some exam or test (basically filling out paperwork). Can anyone help me find the documents or whatever I need?
