How do you prevent people from locking your account? A hater/basher in chatroom continually locks my Accoount?

this person is relentless and has haressed me for months what can I do? I call Yahoo and there is no resolution he has placed key loggers and mirror programs on me...I am at my wits end. Thank you in advance
