Could i wear contacts in the beach with good brand gogles?

I have disposable lenses that i wear for 2 weeks, then throw them out :) And soon i might be going to hawaii, And im SERIOUSLY BLIND and i wanted to know if i could wear good gogles over my eyes? Like would that help? Or any tips! Thanks :)
