Why don't Feminists campaign for more FEMALE Garbage Collectors or FEMALE Construction Workers?

Because the ultimate goal of feminism is not equality with men, it's supremacy over men. They want to hold the coveted roles in society, like that of a CEO or a scientist. And as for the men they trample over in their social ascent, women are perfectly content allowing the men to continue handling garbage and wood.
