Do you use words, random characters or?

a password generator for your computer or other electronic devices' passwords. How secure do you feel your password is. How long has it been since it has been changed. How long have you used that password for. Think it's time for a change. All of my passwords are 40+ characters when allowed or max characters and combination( letters,numbers AND symbols where allowed) and are changed bi-weekly. Barring a key-logger I don't think a password is good any longer than that.
