Is Spy Boss Pro a legitimately installed key logging program or some type of virus/spyware?

I did a scan of my computer with Spybot and it found a program called "Spy Boss Pro". It is a key logger. When I do a Google search it appears to be a program that can be voluntarily installed on a computer. I am trying to determine if someone in my household put this on my computer or if it is a spyware, trojan, virus etc. that I got somehow.
