I have my friends hacker's Ip adress, how can i find where he exacly lives.?

Well i play a game and my friend got a key logger on his computer on him and got his account hacked. I, not know thing this, signed in at his house, then 1 day later i find out that my account's password has been changed and that i have also lost everything I had on it, one thing is that the game tells you the last ip adress that it was signed in from, i found out his ip adress and looked it up on a locator, it says he lives some where nearb sorta, but everytime i looked it up on a different locator it gave me something only like a few houses off the 1 before. i was wondering what i could do to find out where exacly he lives so i can confront him in person. Maybe tell me a great locator or something.
