How to delete recent programmes?

I may have been hacked by the TeamVision scam. I have deleted all programmes I could find. As i know the date I was (possibly) hacked, could i bring up a history of new programmes / functions and delete them, especially if a key logger is present? I have run a full scan with Mcafee.
