Free key logger programs?

HELP! I've recently had reason to believe that my teenager is up to something on the internet. I need to know if there is a free program online that will allow me to see her key strokes and passwords to her facebook and email accounts. I would not normally do this but I have a gut feeling and feel its necessary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
